So here we go in STRENGTH WARS #9 - Street Workout VS Powerlifting with the following run which had to be done in only 9 minutes!

Pull Ups 30kg / 66lbs 20 reps
Dips 60kg / 132lbs 20 reps
Squats 120kg / 265lbs 20 reps
